It would be at the jurisdiction of the local governments to determine the size of those fees.” Yep, the state that wants to burn chicken shit now wants to tax rainwater. Obviously the tax is disgusting, but what worries me is the satellite surveillance that they will do in people's properties in order to know how much rain fell on their property. That to me is disgusting. Also the fact that people with more property will pay more in taxes is another persecution of people who are rich OR have inherited land regardless of being rich or not. That is also very disgusting. This whole thing is wrong and these people in Maryland deserve whatever they get.
The surveillance aspect in light of the powers the IRS has grabbed regarding emails, Obamacare medical records, and gun registries all point to the same thing: Big Brother has arrived and he is watching you.
