McDonald’s has burgers with lettuce ‘buns’

• I don't care for rabbit food so slap the patty between two slabs of good cheese and I'll be happy. Better yet, wrap the hamburger in bacon and fry it up!

  • At In-n-Out, you can order a flying dutchman, which is a patty with cheese. Onions, if you like, grilled or raw. Mighty tasty, but like Whiskey, I like buns. A lot.

  • I would use grilled SPAM for a bun!

    • God no!! I eat enough of that crap when I was in the service and still can't stand Spam. Or fruit cocktail out of a can and peanut butter for that matter.

      • Sorry to hear that. I love SPAM, I also love chunky peanut butter. Fruit cocktail, I can do without.
        How about this, just for you, I would suggest Italian sausage patties for the buns. That ought to make any Mickey D's burger edible!

• Sure, why not? They're for people who are on a low carb diet. In-n-Out, here in CA, has had them available for years. Also, people who have Celiac's disease, and actually can't have any gluten, can still go get a good burger.
