Memoir: JFK had affair with 19-yr old intern

JFK had an affair with a 19-yr old intern, according to a memoir written by the former teenaged mistress herself. If this stuff is true (we have no way to know if it is or not) JFK’s reputation is gonna take quite a hit. Seriously – according to the book, JFK tried to get her to “do” Teddy….

Amateur investor who has accumulated a small fortune in the market after starting out years ago with a large one. For recreation, I run, hike, kayak and play tennis but will not consider synchronized swimming under any circumstances.

  • As a lifelong, and elderly, Democrat, I am appalled at this most recent revelation. JFK is no idol of mine. At the very least, he was a cad; at worst, a psychopath (i.e., a predatory narcissist).

    • Gossip is big news today. I can certainly believe this COULD be true, but has anyone vetted this story to see if it just some girl trying to make a spalsh, or did this really happen? There must be SOMETHING that can lend credence to the story if it is true.

  • "He refused to kiss her on the lips when they made love." She was just another object to him. My Mom was a believer in the myth of Camelot for quite a time. She went and saw JFK speak in front of the courthouse in downtown Louisville in 1960. She at first wouldn't believe all the rumors about JFK after his death, but eventually did. She then felt snookered. A lot of people in this country in 2008 were snookered by another myth. I'll never forget an article in the local paper after Obama's election in 2008, which was about how the Obamas' marriage could make your marriage better.

  • All of the Kennedy’s are and or where pigs. They used their titles and influence to bed any woman that they could. From Joseph right down to those living today they all felt or feel like any woman is there for the taking. And the Kennedy women are not much better.

    So this revelation doesn't surprise me.

    • You should -- it cuts to the heart of what a liberal really is under the BS platitudes about helping others.

      Methinks I would be re-casting the story in a way to keep the reader from guessing exactly who it really was, hinting that it is a famous conservative (using the 'trickle-down' bit that he pushed to do the misdirection), with a link via tinyurl on the bottom to the answer. Print that out, leave it in the break room at a workplace full of liberals, and watch the confusion, or just watch to see who dashes back to the break room, tight-lipped, and shreds the offending article before anybody else might read it.

      Should be a barrel of laughs. I'd get a betting pool together with you. I'll put $20 that it will be shredded within 10 minutes after the first liberal reads it.

  • I wonder if Matthews will have this woman as a guest on his show...Maybe then more than 53 people will watch.

    • Doubt it. When you read the article, play this thought-game. Imagine that this was, say, some college football coach, or heaven forbid, a priest that used their power over what amounts to a child in order to have sex with her. Multiple times. Even while she is going to college. Even promising to do so after she gets married, whether she wants to or not. Exactly what kind of lib furor would we see? This is repulsive, and disgusting -- a twisted abuse of power. They would be right.

      The fact that we are hearing crickets over this tells me all I need to know about what the liberals really believe in, even back in the sixties, the 'heady' days of 'Camelot':

      They believe in power. They believe the ends justify the means. They believe that laws are for other people. They believe that morals are a tool you can use to abuse people that value morals -- but have no use for them to govern themselves.

      I have to wonder -- used to think that JFK's little trip in Dallas was cut short because he failed to pay the Mob their due. Now I wonder what a young husband would do when he finds out that his new wife will be the president's whore.

  • I can't see how it would damage his reputation amongst dems. He's been sainted by them, and anything he did do is just added to the list.

    They've fallen a long way from their idol, though -- the comparison between the JFK then and today's liberalus donkus is more like the difference between Reagan and Mao.
