      • Federal cops are a strange breed, I am a firearms instructor/range master, and in twenty years of doing this not one injury or accidental discharge...I have seen the federal guys shoot at the same range, they do not practice nearly as often as we do, even though they have billions of rounds of ammo...There was a video a few years back of some DEA putz showing off his skills in a classroom and he shot himself....Par for the federal course...

        • Do you by any chance watch Charlie Sheen's new show, Anger Management? I happened to see a repeat last night and one of the characters was so mishandling his gun it almost made me sick to my stomach. Naturally, this is a character playing the stereotypical rightwing gun nut. He was waving the damn thing around like an idiot, half the time with his finger on the trigger and the muzzle pointing directly at the chest of his friend. Eventually, just as he was bragging about how safe it was without the clip, there was an accidental discharge. This is how Hollywood portrays gun owners.
