You’ve probably read stories and seen video clips that reveal how inept the ragtag Libyan rebels are.
Now it’s being reported that Mexico has sent advisors to help train the rebels.
Don’t worry, President Obama, things are sure to turn around in Libya any day now.

You might also want to consider that over 25 MILLION of your countrymen and women have found life better NORTH of the fence. Not claiming to be (ahem) big shit here, but it's pretty clear that we must be doing something right to attract such a crowd.

Kev buddy, you might spend a few hours off the crack pipe and pick up a history book. Mexico lost half its country in 1845-46 when they began a war with the US. So your idea of "starting a war you cannot win" look no farther then your own little tiny slice of embarrassment.
Allow me to clear up a few misconceptions about the role of the Mexican military in the, war on the cartels:
90 percent of the deaths in the war on the cartels are caused by the cartels in the course of normal criminal operations such as kidnapping, extortion, armed robbery, problems in purchasing or in sales of product, ambushes of rival gangs, gang personnel changes and of police who refuse to cooperate. I will point out that it takes no, as in zero skill, to shoot a man or woman at close range whom you know will likely not fire back because of the draconian gun laws.
I read a story last Monday where a criminal gang shot 80 AK-47 rounds at a Juarez, Chihuahua police commander, and they hit him six times.
The other 10 percent are police on criminal and military on criminal firefights. The Mexican military wins its firefights hands down and by lopsided margins.
A bad day in a firefight between the Mexican military and the cartels is when a fusilero gets hit by a richocette. The Mexican Army and Marines kill ratios are often 10 to one and higher. Criminal gangs, especially the Zetas like to leave with their dead, so no telling how well the Mexican Army actually fights. And the military, just like police have to watch the background because firefights take place in city streets.
The shooters the cartels use are charter members of the spray and pray club; They can't hit anything without empying a magazine into a target and only if it doesn't fire back. They are often gangbangers from barrios throughout the Americas, north through the south, hostile kids who are taught only how to reload and shoot. They have no fire discipline and no concept of good targets and bad.

Funny video, but nothing funny about a mishap like the one in the video. I think the cameral crrew were in on the joke! I watched an ROTC cadet almost get his f***ing head blown off because he wanted to see what happened to a mortar round as it fell down the mortar tube. Thankfully, the E4 that was with him tackled him to the ground and pinned him there, before the inevitable beheading could take place!
If Mexico really wanted to help the rebels,they should of sent their most elite,well armed and well disciplined forces.....the drug cartels
