• Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, our marine who has been imprisoned in Mexico for accidentally crossing the border for 214 days, is being released.

• They released him right before election day. What an incredible coincidence - emphasis on incredible. Obama and Kerry let the poor bastard rot for 6 months, all the while planning to pull him out of the sombrero when it was politically expedient.

  • I think they did what Iran did in 1981 - they saw that some conservatives would be in charge, so they released the hostage.

    • We should be so lucky as to have that kind of Conservative taking charge!

  • BUT, there is nothing in the news releases crediting ANYONE in our government with expediting his release, therefore, I see no benefit to the Dems from this.

• His family must have finally come up with enough money to present a proper bribe to the judge, that's the way things work in Mexico, and Washington DC for that matter.

• It's nice they finally let him go, but it's too little, too late. • All the muslim or the traitor had to do was threaten to shut off the "aid" to mexico and Calderone would have personally delivered that Marine to U.S. Soil. It'll be cold day in hell before I vacation there again. F**k em!!

• Mexico still deserves ridicule, this should have been settled within days of when it occurred.

  There are hundreds of thousands of their illegal residents that are milking the American system for all they can get.....and yet, Mexico feels obliged to hold a US Marine in captivity for such a simple oversight.

    If he meant anything to Barky, he would have made one phone call and it would have been over. Problem is, the guy had guns, and Barky wanted to make him an example.
