It is obvious that the only reason for voter ID is to prevent cheating. Anyone who thinks there is any other reason is a complete idiot.
It is also obvious from their actions, the Demunists know they cannot win without cheating. Without cheating, a lot of the asswipes that have contributed heavily to destroying this country wouldn't have been elected in the first place.

Let me see if I have this right. It's alright if I have to show an id to see my doctor, cash a check, make a deposit and to vote in KY. However, holder says its wrong to ask aliens and ILLEGALS to vote.
What about my rights and my privacy. I'm a US Citizen who pays his taxes. It's time someone in Congress just slap a set of matching bracelets on holder for all the laws he's broken and cart his ass off to federal prison or better yet, off to Club Gitmo. Remember, one side can just as easily vote fraudulently as the other. Perhaps this could have quite the opposite effect. The very first thing that Romney should do, if elected president, is secure our voting system, without which nothing much else matters. Photo ID would be a federal mandate for EVERYONE, and not only for those "poor minorities", as this POS would have you believe.

Yeah, you need to show ID to get a driver's license or often to buy liquor or cigarettes but it doesn't seem to hamper anyone from doing those things. But making someone provide ID to vote is sooooo intimidating! Ooooh, scary! Or is it just that getting a driver's license or buying liquor or cigarettes IN NO WAY BENEFITS THE F*CKING DEMOCRATS so having to show ID in those circumstances ain't really a "problem"?

Everyone that is complaining about needing ID to vote should try to pawn something, or redeem their pawn ticket.
If you have ever watched Hardcore Pawn (the people from Detroit) you will see quite a cross section of minorities with proper ID, so it seems to me that this is a non issue.
Dude, I went to cash a 15k check at a bank I've done business with since 1970 and my company has done business with since 1959 and the bastards wouldn't cash it. It was a government check, too. Needless to say B of A can kiss my effing ass, I'm moving it all someplace else.

What they need to do is make it a felony to vote illegally and / or slap heavy fines if a person knowingly accepts fraudulent voter applications . Every year in the People Republic Of Maryland , anywhere from 800 to 1,200 dead people vote in every election .

I believe it IS a felony to intimidate voters at a polling place, so just writing a law won't get the job done. You have to have a justice department that will ENFORCE the law.
