Walk them across a scale, and it will be obvious who should win.
All you have to do is scream incoherently about Death to America, Death to Jews and show them some ankle and the goat humpers pick the winner....
or better yet, simply put some colorful ribbons on a few goats.
That would be a contest where they all win, or they all lose depending upon the orientation of the judges.
In many contests, the loser is often referred to as a 'goat'. Here, the sexiest contestant *is* a goat.
