Mobile app finds America’s ‘gun-free zones’ so pistol-packing activists can AVOID shopping at anti-Second Amendment businesses. This one gets our vote for app of the decade. We suspicion the entire states of New York, Illinois and California are verboten, if not, they should be, along with Washington, DC.

If I'm carrying concealed, and some restaurant has a sign out front proclaiming itself a gun-free zone, I don't think I'm going to worry about it. Are they going to pat me down?
This disturbs me as much as the publishing of those who apply for gun permits. Seems the crooks will be able to use the gun-free zones to create even more havoc. Two wrongs don't make a right.
Just installed it. So far all the places around my house show unknown. The app is based on user inputs about firearms policies. Hopefully more data will be available as more people use this. This was just a quick check, your millage may vary.
