Well, she was the teachers union president, so there is no surprise there, the only thing that is odd is that she didn't weigh 14,000 lbs like the Chicago teachers union president.

I see the Mexican Union bosses are almost as corrupt as their US counterparts. Only difference is, she wasn't buying off the right politicians and/or trying to keep too much of her embezzlement for herself. Here the Union Bosses simply ask the politicians, "How much do you want for your cut?"
They must be laughing their asses off at her stupidity.
"I didn't steal the money. I was walking by and 'found' it just laying around. No one claimed it so I thought it was mine!"
