NAACP president calls Ben Carson a “safe negro.” Because, after all, that’s what the NAACP stands for now: racist taunts.

  • Isn't it funny how quickly liberals will turn on someone who doesn't goosestep with them? Black people like Dr. Carson are poison to the race baiters like Sharpton and this Williams broad, he made the mistake of stepping off the liberal plantation and made something out of his life. Condi Rice, Col. Alan West, Dr. Sowell, Colin Powell and many other successful black people were put down for the same reason.

    The same holds true with women. Liberal loons, the femenazi's, love to talk trash about Fiorina because she does not walk hand in hand with them on women's issues, like abortion. Who talks the worst about Fiorina? Other women! The femenazi's are downright cruel in the things they say about Carly when you would think they would be supporting her run, they want to see a woman in the White House. But Carly committed the ultimate sin, she stepped off the liberal plantation and dares walk her own way with her own opinions.

  • If Ben Carson were a democrat, this large tub of lard would be fawning over him like the second coming of Christ....Instead he is a safe negro???? What the hell is a safe negro??? If I was on the job, and went to take a call for service, what do you think would happen to me if I went to the door and asked the question "Are you a safe negro?" Where the hell is the checkbox for that?

    I think the NAACP has outlived it's usefulness in every way imaginable....Like a hard plastic dial telephone, put it in the pile of crap to be junked...

    • Obama was called the Magic Negro by David Ehrenstein. Supposedly whites were only voting for Obama out of guilt and that he made people feel safe voting for him.

      As Wikipedia describe the term: The magical negro will also do almost anything, including sacrificing himself, to save the white protagonist.

      • Those whites were progressives/liberals AND independent in mass numbers. They were foolish. They thought "it was time". They found him safe because he had no radical ties that they knew of at the time (of course he did but that was largely ignored). They thought that he would wipe the slate clean and that he would wipe their sins away. He was made into a false messiah. The MOST important thing is that for the progs and libs he was "like them" and for the independents they were just tired of Bush/Republicans. The MOST important thing is for Black people to know their place and stay within the Progressive Plantation. Obama did that, that is why he was "safe".

        Carson though does not want to live in this Plantation... HER version of "safe" and others like her is that he is a danger to their ideology. The people that would vote for him do not accept Progressive ideology they think that people who reject Progressivism are dangerous and that they are looking for someone that is "safe" for them to vote, but in reality is a danger to Progressive ideals. These people command of the language has got to stop... they control the language they control ideas. She doesn't REALLY mean that Carson is "safe" in the eyes of those that would vote for him... she means that Carson is dangerous and that he wakes up people and that he represents the opposite of what she stands for. She is afraid of him, she is also a racist and she is an idolater who worships her ideology instead of seeing the truth behind it.

  • Because every single one of these leftie advocacy groups is lying. None of them are really interested in their supposed issues. They are totally and only about the promotion of statism.

    And if you are not on board with the real agenda, whether it's the NAACP and you are black and promoting black peoples' interests, or it's NOW and you are a woman promoting women's interests, or it's Greenpeace, Earth First, or whatever, and you are a PhD in Ecology/biology and you've done a thorough, documented study all about saving the environment, if it is not promoting statism and suppressing individual liberty,

    you are the enemy.

    You should be silenced, slandered, your property destroyed, and you should have no right to earn a living.

    Every single one of them. Their stated agendas are nothing more than a way to sell their hidden agenda, and/or distract you. Oh yeah, it's also a way to slander you if you should ever oppose their statist agenda (you're against women, you're a racist, you want people to be poisoned ...)

    • Uhm... she essentially is saying that she is a racist and views Black people as dangerous criminals that once in power should destroy people's lives according to the Progressive philosophy... like Obama... that is what she is truly essentially saying about herself and her ilk.

      • Well... I can't exactly argue there... she has shown intolerance and racist undertones to her own thinking in her accusations.

        To me, one can only be a progressive if one harbors racism... how else can it be justified that minorities be wooed politically through the promise of handouts? The racist undertones to the philosophy are pretty blatant.

        My point was that she characterized Carson as a proxy for racists... you know, the straw racists who compose the Republican and TEA parties as established through political and media lies discourse.

        Your point that Carson constitutes a safe "negro" is spot on in that other "negroes" aren't safe... though I would opine that this was intended as a characterization of those straw conservatives whose racism is a premise of her point.

        • I know what she thinks she is saying to the world, but that is not actually what she is truly saying to the world. It is time to take these people's words and truly uncovering what they are saying and what they mean. She is a racist against her own self and others that look like her. She is a Progressive and she worships her ideology to the point where she has become a racist against those who look like her BUT disagree with her god. It is very simple. People like her are disgusting and they should be made to face the truth.
