I guess I missed it because I had my telepromptor off.
In typical government fashion the test was late and it failed.
We really need government...to show us how things should NOT be done.

so the test has been cancelled for alaska cuz of the big storm on the west coast...and no plans to reschedule test
It's just a warm up for those hourly EAS messages urging all to vote for Comrade Obama in November.
So you can't wait for state controled radio & television then? At least beyond what we already have with NPR & PBS.
