How in the world are a bunch of San Francisco prissy-butts supposed to understand a case about ranch land? It's ridiculous.
The ninth Circus judges get driven to work in one car every morning, the door opens and out pop 15 clowns....This is what happens when you appoint a bunch of lefty traffic court judges to an appeals court, and congress does nothing to block the nominations. For years over 80 percent of their decisions were overturned by the idiots in D.C. I doubt that will happen anymore with the perversion of the supreme court...
