New government fees pepper Obama deficit plan. Air travelers, federal workers, military retirees, wealthier Medicare beneficiaries and people taking out new mortgages are among those who would pay more than $130 billion in government revenues raised through new or increased fees. Ahhh! They finally figured out if they call it a “FEE” it isn’t a “TAX”. Can’t wait for the “Income Reduction Fee”. Or how ’bout that “Oxygen Consumption Fee”.

Just as Clinton tried to conceal "taxes" as "contributions", the present moron is trying to do the same with the term "fees". The fact is any monetary amount confiscated by the government for any service rendered is a tax, pure and simple. A tax by any other name is still stinks.
They already have income reduction fees, they're called Federal Income Tax, FICA, Medicare Tax, state income tax, property tax, vehicle registration fees, Obamacare, need I continue?
By the time they finish with the income reduction fees, you won't have any income left to pay your bills!
I like your "income reduction fee"; I'd be surprised if they don't steal it when an actual bill gets submitted.
