• The Obama strategy of epic fail continues. More failures, blamed on others, so that government can exert more control. Like a rabid dog chasing his tail.

• And how much do you folks want to bet even this estimate is too low. But of course the demorats solution will be rationing.

• And it is a new green energy solution. All the evil profits from climate-wreckimg oil and coal can now be disposed of into this green hole. Brilliant.

• I can't find it now but a chart from, I think Forbes, showed the rate of growth of health care administration versus other aspects of health care like actual health care. It parallels the ever-rising cost of higher education, which points to the unsistainability of the third party payer system and government intrusion in the markets.

  All of this was predicted but people generally are stupid and only want to hear what they want to hear. In this case enough people only heard "free" and fell for it just as the ACA architects knew they would.

  • It's worse than that. The ACA was never touted as free, but affordable, and inclusionary to people with pre-existing conditions, regardless of the cost of care. With the cost being spread among all the young that historically require minimal care, they would be in essence, paying for the older and infirm. What wasn't counted on by anyone but us, was the defiance by the young, in refusing to pay the premiums for something they won't use.
