Newsweek claims Trump “tweeting and golfing” at Mar-a-Lago… when he was actually visiting troops in Afghanistan. The lyin’ liar who wrote the story, some twit named Jessica Kwong, actually went so far as to describe what he was eating at Mar-a-Lago.

That's good, because the original story wasn't just factually wrong, it was worded and toned as a hit piece. If it was just wrong, that would be one thing, but trying to put the president in a bad light is not the job of a news reporter.
And they wonder why we refer to them as fake news and enemies of the people.
Same thing happened last Christmas when NBC ran a story claiming Trump was the first president not to visit troops at Christmas... while he was actually in the air flying to Iraq to visit troops. This shit will never change because there are zero repercussions for the reporters who make up these fake news stories. Did the reporter who made up the story at NBC last year get fired? Of course not. Will Jessica Kwong get fired for making up this story? Of course not. It's Newsweek. Their reporters are probably unpaid volunteers still in high school.
Then they claimed he only went because they shamed him into it.
