I would suggest that if you do take your money out of Europe, take it in gold! It's unlikely they will give you anything that can be exchanged for dollars otherwise.
Get your money out of Europe. Lot's of unelected technocrats who love expermenting with social engineering who have not learned the lessons of the past still think they need to steal more money to feed their continental welfare state.
BTW, making the Germans pick up the tab is a bad idea, history has shown that. Also, screwing the Russians is a very bad idea, especially when you consider they supply Europe with most of it's oil. Putin will not play games with these crooks who want to steal from the accounts of wealthy Russians, many of whom are politically connected in Russia.
