Whenever I got an e/mail from a Nigerian prince, I told them to send me a check and I would let them know when it cleared. Never heard from them again.
My normal response is usually, "You too? My brother's are always trying to cap my arse for my cash. I'm the prince over in Saudi Arabia and no one ever responds to my offers for free money.... Good luck friend."

My local police department says they get a number of calls from people every month that have been had. The scammers must have gotten a hold of the Democrat voter list, culled out the dead ones, and simply offered freeeee shit. When I heard about people getting scammed like this it used to make me angry. Now I think it is hilarious that people are that effing stupid.

I get these things in my junk email all the time, I just chuckle and add another domain name to my blocked senders list.

Yep, couple every month. They cant understand why the police cant do something. Lessee, no name, only a closed PO box in Florida, no other information except a their canceled check.
One time I heard one of the cops say to another, "I'll bet he has an Obama bumper sticker on his car."
Another case, my dad, a life long union loving democrat who was 80 at the time, was all in a lather because he "won" a freeee trip to Florida by some sleaze that called him on the phone. I had a awful time to convince him it was a scam. )According to my sister we think he actually did send the guy some money.)
But then I had an awful time to convince him that unions and democrats were nothing but communists. Now he is too old to show him all the evidence piling up about the truth of that statement. Needless to say, my dad and I never got along very well.
If there weren't still people falling for the scams, there wouldn't still be people pulling the scams. Personally, I find them entertaining to play with. And if I can waste some of a scammer's time, he doesn't have as much time to scam others.
