He's right. Can't argue with the truth. Some punishment! And prolonging death row appeals for 10-20 years is absurd. In the vast majority of cases, they are indeed guilty, and the sentence should be carried out.
on the other hand... better that 1k bad guys go free, than 1 innocent should perish.

When death penalty crimes are prosecuted beyond a reasonable doubt, the criminal should be taken out before a firing squad and executed right then. Paying millions of $$$ to keep them alive serves no purpose. Most people on deathrow would prefer to get it over with.
I prefer they rot in those cold concrete cells for as long as possible because when you execute them their nightmare ends
I am in a position of confusion as both situations are appropriate. Either kill them immediately or let them rot in jail. However considering that it takes a lot of money to keep them alive, I will say they need to go.
