Is it just me, or is the shadow in the wrong place? Shouldn't the shadow be directly under the dog if the light came from above? Why is the dogs tail in the shadow near the body, when it is further away on the dog itself? Then again, if it is a sign from above why would the shadow need to follow the laws of physics? Final thought, Those who want to believe will, those who don't wont. I have nothing but respect for those who are willing to put their lives on the line to protect our right to believe the way we want to.

That is one of the most beautiful and endearing photographs I have seen in a very long time. With all the turmoil in the world today it makes a person stop and think about all the great and wonderful moments in life. I truly believe there is a power greater than any of us can imagine and that power shone through on the soldier's dog. God Bless all those who have served our country so valiantly through too many battles.

I visit as frequently as possible. Maybe I'll get here two or three times in the normal day's morning and afternoon. Some days aren't as normal as others. Some nights when sleep is elusive I'll check in at very early morning hours. Nights I'm in and around a lot.
