Now Latin America is pissed at him. Apparently kidnapping the Bolivian president and keeping him prisoner on an airport tarmac has not endeared Mr. Obama to the nations south of us. He better enjoy that trip to Africa – pretty soon there will be no place left in the world he can go.

Oh come on, it wasn't really a kidnapping so much as it was a 'photo op' for Mr. quagmire. Besides, he wanted to pick a place that was closer to Africa for a jumping off point and a really authentic mojito before he left the American hemisphere.
