No problem, he's a college professor, he would be more likely to hurt himself, since he doesn't know which end of the hammer to use.
He was using them to help rebuild the neighborhood.
Been watching Pink Floyd's The Wall too many times? Too bad one of his fellow "protesters" didn't take them away and use them on him due to "white privilege".
This will be Nanny Bloomberg's next crusade; maybe he'll fare better this time because there is no Constitutional right to bear blunt and/or sharp objects.
