NYPD’s idea of reform included breath mints and baby oil. It sounds more like he wanted New York’s finest to get laid. Where do you find morons like this? Do they have a pool of them waiting for a job they’re stupendously unqualified for?

What an utter idiot. If he had shipped the mints here they probably would've last about three days. Try being in Law Enforcement, dealing with pure evil one call and the next one a parent who's just be notified that the child won't ever becoming home. Yes we swear and in some case a lot (guilty) it's a stress relief. When this touchy feel good fool pulls a 60 day stint in the street him might get another view of what we truly do.
