Oakland man who beat boy to death slain in prison

• They should reduce his sentence for good behavior and being a role model

• Back in Milwaukee there was a serial killer name of jeff dahmer that gained national noteriety, likely international too, and jesse anderson, a son of a bitch that murdered his wife premeditation in a shopping center parking lot and then staged it to look like a race crime. Both these sacks of evil crap were in prison enjoying life behind bars with lots of other evil sacks of crap that really didn't like anything about either of them. So one day, one of these other pieces of crap gets assigned to a work detail with both these losers.

  Apparently figuring an opportunity was knocking, mister Scarver, the third man in this story, grabbed a bar from a dumbbell in the gym, took it into the lavatory where he was to work with these two soft and pink guys where he bludgeoned them.

  Officials held 25-year-old christopher scarver as the sole suspect in the murders of dahmer and anderson. Scarver was reported as having psychiatric problems and having hostility toward whites, and since both Dahmer's and Anderson's crimes affected blacks - as several of dahmer's victims were non-caucasian and anderson tried to indict a black youth as the perpetrator of his wife's murder, officials did not rule out racial retaliation.

  After all is said and done, prison justice is often the ultimate justice.

• OK. Prisoners who have Mothers, (other female loved ones), girlfriends and wives and children do not like people who hurt, assault, rape, murder, etc. women and children. This is a fact. So those that do, need to watch it in prison, because this type of thing happens. Although it is true that there may be some projection and unfortunate innocent people also get it (perhaps envy at the knowledge that they shouldn't be there), I am thinking that is a minority of cases although of course I don't have proof of that, that is just what I think. Most of the cases that I hear of this happening is because of a child or woman molestor, rapist or abuser. Since the other men (and females in their prisons) are imprisoned they feel helpless because that can happen to their children/women (female family members) and this is a way to have some control over those emotions.

  It is what it is. We can judge it as wrong or we can judge it as right. I think that is a matter of opinion. I myself seriously hate racists and rapists (women abusers of all kinds) and child molestors/abusers all on equal measure. They all need to go away at some point and they will. I do not know if I would kill one if the opportunity is available, mainly because I don't see myself in prison, however I definetly would like to see some justice being done one way or another.

  I would rather have that two year old boy back than having this scum roaming the Earth even if it is in the confines of a prison institution. Unfortunately this death will not allow us to have that child come back and take his place in society and see what he would make for himself. That opportunity is gone forever. I do believe that at some point, that child will have his final justice be met, if this death is part of that, then well... it is what it is. I don't believe in cradling those that commit crimes against children. That is for sure.

  As for having institutions be a 'yes sir', 'no sir' place, I thought it was like that already. If it isn't then that is a problem. Allowing prisoners to run the prison is a complete mess. If anything a prison should be run like the military sans the weaponry and sans the kill the enemy talk of course. If anything they should allow more pastors and ministers in there.

• The prisoners who beat that man to death maybe scum of the vermin, who themselfs ought to die, BUT they did a real public service and for that I'd buy them all a beer for a job well done. Just like the prisoner(s) who kill Jeffrey Dahlmer.

• Sorry. I can't get behind this. I think prison should be a place where criminals can't get away with ANYTHING. They should need written permission to blink. It disgusts me that they get to run their own "civilizations." (And that's a complete misuse of the word, I realize.)

  It's a lie that they have a code of honor. The ones who beat and rape child molesters are child molesters themselves; they're just in on other charges, and they need to project their crimes onto others.

  I've read about innocent people who are put in prison and this sort of thing happens to them - murder or brain damage.

  Prison should not be a free-for-all. Take control of those damned people and chain them up if they forget to say "Sir" after "yes" and "no."

• I find it interesting that he was in general population.
  Normally, they put scumbags like this in protective custody.

• There is a code and higher structure in prison. Those who harm children and rapists are at the bottom and are considered fair game. Karma is a bitch and she is ruthless. This POS got what was coming to him, may he burn in hell.

• I can only hope he was beaten to death by another inmate over toilet training problems, that would be the ultimate justice for this POS.

• Another scumbag off the planet, and as an extra bonus, will save the taxpayers some serious cash.

  • Not to worry about that surplus taxpayer cash going to waste. I imagine it will get pissed away fighting the ACLU lawsuits this guy's family will bring against the state for not providing a safe and nurturing environment for asshat to serve his sentence in.
