OAKLAND TO REQUIRE DEVELOPERS TO SPONSOR PUBLIC ART. You have to love liberals. First they’re spending other people’s money and second you’d think that with Oakland Dubbed Second Most Dangerous City In The United States, that they’d at least spend other people’s money on more police. We hope this is at least bullet proof art that you can hide behind during drive-by-shootings.

I got a hunski that says that in order to get a public art endowment from the developers you will have to be a minority, gay, or a woman.
Yea art will stop the thugs from shooting each other and also make them all stop selling drugs and pull up their pants...They be all standing up in their hood saying things like.."Look Tyrone, that magnificent sculpture reminds me of peace on earth and goo will towards men"........."Now lets get us some hos and rob a liquor store!!!"
Surely all that government forced art will soothe the wild savages in the concrete jungle.
