His 1st presidential term began in the year 2000 and he had gone a long way by that time, if he had wanted to become dictator and rebuild a Soviet-Union, Russian Empire or whatever the fuck then it would have been done more than a few years ago.
Hopefully, Crimea and the rest of the South-East (which are the economic heart of the area) seccedes because it would mean that the Kiev bankster-run governement would run out of other people´s money to spend, face bankrupcy and revolution.
