Actually, we can get out of that, but it's going to be very unpopular.
First, we have to cut off ALL foreign aid, even to Israel. I hate to do that, but we need to get our own house in order before we can help others, and I think Bi Bi would understand that.
Second, we need to cut off all funding for anything that isn't in the Constitution, which includes all funding to welfare programs, Planned Parenthood, corporate subsidies, etc.
Third, we need to cut all the jobs in government that are associated with all the above measures.
Then, we need to take the tax money that is collected and pay down the debt. It will take some time, but it isn't impossible and it won't take forever.
