I remember that during the first Gulf War Qatar had like six tanks.
What the hell? Just when you think you have seen and or heard it all, quagmire comes out and does something that makes no sense.
So, why would today be different than any other day in the last 5-1/2 years?
OK, so I'm guessing he doesn't need congressional approval to do this?
This deal does make sense though, since he's cutting our military, there won't be enough personnel to operate these weapons systems, therefore, selling them to the Muslim Brotherhood makes financial sense. I'm sure we will be getting them back before you know it, at least the business end of them.
WHY DOES little Qatar need $11 billion dollars worth of weaponry? Hmmm... I do recall that someone has just declared themselves a Caliphate, and that Qatar is a financial center of the Middle East. Isn't it nice that Obama plans on arming the enemies of Western Civilization?
