That's absolutely correct. Fix the economy? Like the fix is in, or maybe he rigged it to his master's design. Yeah, fix it. Sure. He's 'fixed' it a little, but to really kill the nation he needs a little more time. As soros said, killing America is harder than he thought it would be.
