Did you notice that this entire administration relies on the "I don't know" defense for everything? The state department didn't know, the president didn't know, the DHS didn't know, the EPA didn't know. So we have a bunch of children playing games with the country. Like a 7 year old when confronted with a broken lamp, how did that happen? " I don't know"..Which also means these are the biggest liars in the history of the world.
