They (Chinese) are petrified with laughter....that's the way it should have been written...
The Chinese leadership know that Obama is an empty suit that talks, talks, and talks but never does. With the effective neutering last Tuesday they also know his talk is irrelevant. Also Obama is a fellow traveler.
