Someone tell Obungles that a "fair" is where you go to ride the rides, eat cotton candy and step in monkey poop. Apparently the Presidential brain trust did some research and found Harry Truman did well with his 'Fair Deal' campaign phrase, so they're going to steal it without committing actual plagiarism. However, with economy in the tank, he'll need a new phrase next month, and the month after that, and....
