  • I love how he's the 2nd coming' and Romney is the Anti-Christ until they find out the truth. Then the one chick, all she can say is "we'll, he's Obama!" And most say "we'll all elections are just picking the lesser of two Evils,"

  • As I slowly, bit by bit, make my way through the video, I'm thinking that it is the media that has failed here. These people most likely watch TV to get their news, and they are terribly misinformed.

    What was really sad was that most of the people, even when informed that these terrible policies were actually Obama's, still like him. He's their guy, irregardlesslywise.

  • Obama is a fasion brand, not a performance brand. He's buillt out of an empty slate for the hopes & dreams of those who love the idea, but never really looked into what he was about. The info was there, all you really had to do was look.

  • Maybe I'm the moron because everything just mentioned Romney supports and I've been planning to vote for him. Can he turn the economy around, probably, yet the NDAA, drones, patriot act, kill lists... what's the difference between him and Obama/Bush? Nothing.

    This is not a topic that you will win the Libertarian vote on. If you want Romney to win, stay silent on this topic, bring it up and us Libertarians won't vote for him.

    The fact that everything mentioned is criminally unconstitutional and the fact Romney is not on the front lines fighting against this just means I'm now reminded why I may not vote for Romney (or Obama, not that I voted for him the first time). If you dislike Obama doing these things than you best dislike Romney doing these things. If you want to have it both ways then tyranny is on our doorstep.

    • We are fighting terrorism. Groups of terrorists imbedded in several countries. Using conventional warfare is out of the question although it has been tried and failed. The drones and unsavory means of surveillance may be unconstitutional but has kept the terrorist groups disorganized and on the defensive for the most part. I will vote against Obama for many faults but this is not one of them.

    • It's the old "lesser of two evils" argument. The problem is that we have a very clear view of what Obama believes in and we have seen what he has already done over the past 4 years. If there is ever ANY hope of bringing our country to a place where a constitutionalists/libertarian/tea party person might run it - Romney is our only hope. We have to stabilize before we can fix it.

      Refusing to vote is like sticking your head in the sand. It's like a double vote for Obama, since there is so much fraud on the dem side that probably only 3/4 of each Romney vote counters a vote for Obama in some areas. So, now, more than ever before, the Romney vote is the ONLY way a person can protect our country's future!

      If you wait to see what happens in 2016, it may be too late! If you choose to sit it out, since you can't technically "support" either candidate - you are possibly biting your nose to spite your face! It may be ugly and unpleasant to vote Romney, but as soon as O has his "flexibility" he is not just going to shaft us with Russia, he is going to shaft us in ways we can't even imagine.

    • Joe, a candidate is not going to hit all the buttons you like. I know Romney comes a lot closer than Obama regarding the way I want the government to behave.

      • This just frustrates me. It's one thing making fun of the left when the are completely wrong, yet they were right before they knew it was Obama doing these things. So being ignorant is one thing, but this is one of the issues I'm most passionate about. Romney is not out there fighting against the unconstitutional, rather he is defending it. On the economy I trust Romney, on the Constitution I do not. I don't need to be kept safe, I need a governing body that realizes the best way to keep people safe is keeping them free. I don't know how else to stress this.

        • I don't know who gave you a TD but I am not a Libertarian and I am 100% in agreement with you about how I see Romney and these other significant constitutional issues. I'm not liking what I'm hearing from Mitt when it comes to working across the aisle. Working across the aisle is what's gotten us to this point in the first place. When you win, you never let the losers name the terms of surrender!

          • Romney is a RINO and was not my 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th pick through the primaries, but it is now the RINO or the straight up commie. I'll take my chances with the RINO.

          • Republicans don't seem to understand that there were elected to fight against Democrat policies. Not to go along with them. If we wanted that, we would just vote Democrat.

            EVERY agency, every act, every regulation, needs to be held up to a Constitutional microscope to see if it lawful. If not, it is invalid. Every politician needs to be held up the same scrutiny. If they have a habit of voting against the Constitution, they're out. And if they do it all the time, jail.

            Mitt is not going to respect the Constitution. Will he treat it as badly as Obama? No. Not even close. But he will NOT respect it.

          • Well said, Mitt will not respect the Constitution. He may support it but he won't respect it. We've lost our way when it comes to actually caring what the Constitution says. If Mittens gets that idea, great, if he does not then we will see the economy recover under his presidency, but we will see the Constitution continue to erode, although not as fast.

            Agree, disagree, I don't care. That's how it is though. If Mitt gets elected, awesome, but us Libertarians and Constitutionalists still have a fight to fight. On this issue both parties are of the same cloth.
