Obama Will Wait Until After Election to Name New Attorney General

• Under the circumstances, it's his best option.

  If the D's hold the senate, he can name some leftie radical and get him/her/it rubber stamped.

  If the R's take the senate, then he can whine about how the R's are gridlocking gov't, how they want old people to die and everyone else to get ebola, etc., and play that song until 2016.

• J Christian Adams has speculated that Tom Perez is being lined up for Attorney-General, with the possibility that Holder himself is destined for the Supreme Court.

  I'm on the other side of the pond, so I am not entirely clear on how things happen in Washington DC, but is it possible that, even in the aftermath of heavy Democrat losses in the elections, Obama could push through both appointments in lame-duck sessions?

  • If Holder is put up for, and confirmed as, the next Supreme, he and Ebolabama need to be tried and executed.

• The Department of Injustice is currently trying to find a crooked enough lawyer who has a higher body count then Holder.

• If there ever was a time to bring in the party of "no"- this is it.

• Unable to stand the heat before an election. So president putter will wait until the appointment cant be used as a campaign issue. Never mind the impact that it will have on the law abiding folks.
