Obamacare at the Supreme Court: Is the Government’s Position “Gobbledygook”? The government’s position is that laws mean what the IRS, and not the people’s elected representatives in Congress, says they mean. And that is a far worse thing.

  • If the SCOTUS are in a stanglehold now with IMO is an open and shut case wait until two or three of them retire in the next president's term.

    IMO...This presidential election is more about the SCOTUS then the president that will be elected.

    • You're right, so watch for the Darth Vader Ginsberg, and maybe one other Dem judge, to retire before Barky leaves office, so he can appoint a couple of true Communists.

            I don't believe she would consider waiting, because of the chance that a Conservative became president, and that would risk the court gaining another right leaning justice, which would skew the court against the commies for a long time.

          • Looks like they will be getting more win and depends delivered to the Supreme Court Building for a while.

      • I filed on January 30th. Everyone I know that filed between then and 3 weeks ago got their money back already, and I didn't even itemize! it's a completely straightforward return.
