Let's see....if this had been done by a private firm for non-govt. work, everyone involved would have been fired.

Let me do a quick math check here. 60 to 70 percent, or 30 to 40 if you wanna extend the incredibly beneficial doubt to the morons for flipping the percentage numbers because of all the poo in their pants, is not done. The cost was around 650,000,000 (six hundred-fifty million). Add 300,000,000 (three hundred million) for the promotion and roll out and you're nudging a BILLION (1,000,000,000) dollars, so far.
Yet the buddies of broncobama are not wallowing in enough taxpayer dollars at this time. I remember solyndra as if it were only 4 years ago and several other 'projects' that were 'shovel ready' which were going to save the tattered nation which was forced upon broncobama and jarrett, et al.
All my mumbles and rambling got me thinking. Wasn't the original cost of the system provided by the wizards in Canada supposed to be somewhere around 80,000,000 (eighty million)? Are these 600 million and 1 billion dollar figures adjusted now for the debauched currency?
