It’s “the gridlock alert day of the decade” as President Obama arrives in Manhattan for three fundraisers, coinciding with the annual lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. And the doofus is coming in at 5pm, just in time to screw up the evening rush hour. Paging Chris Christie… you asked what it is exactly this useless fool does? Here’s your answer.

First, why do they call it rush HOUR. It lasts for at least 3 hours, a lot of places more.
Second, whatinell would Dingle Barry, or the occupy assholes for that matter, know about heavy traffic at the times most people are traveling to or from a JOB.
I'd believe that in NY but he lived in Hawaii. And there is really only two ways to travel here and you know when they are jammed. Even if you don't work.
no! you've got it all wrong. he's going to the annual lighting of the "rockefeller center HOLIDAY tree." you've got to remember that jesus christ has nothing to do with christmas, and the tree is only a symbol of consumer spending for this magical time of year when everyone is an asshole.
The "holiday tree" thing is really starting to chap my hide, because what other holiday uses a decorated tree at this time of year?!?

I think its a power-trip for him. He tends to do that wherever he goes! Here in Hawaii he waited until the morning rush-hour to leave for Air Force 1 earlier this month. People were 2 hours late for work. He calls himself a "local boy" but disregards when rush hour is? He also shut down the highway here the Sunday before. Everyone was told for weeks to use the one other highway, then as people were using that other route to get to church, they decided to shut down the other route, too!
He did the same thing two or three times while visiting L.A.---driving the motorcade during rush hour.

Don't forget his trip to India just in time to screw up the Festival of Lights. Yeah, having that President with international sensibilities is just working out great for us...
