This is a nightmare. I hope the repubs plan on doing away with these type earmarks. ACORN and all it's offshoots need to be ended as soon as possible. We can't afford to give these socialist a dime, much less $15Billion. This new stimulas "O" wants will finance all his special interests like the first one. NOTHING left over for the people. I don't think the Repubs will let this happen AGAIN.
