Obama’s NLRB just redefined the word “employer” and it’s going to be bad. Trying to tilt the roulette wheel for the unions is all this is. Sounds to us like if you hire a temp and tell the temp to wear a uniform you just became a co-employer and you can expect a visit from your local union organizer.

I was going to point out the unintended consequence of this stupidity, but after thinking about it for 5 seconds, I don't think it is unintended.
Those company's that use contractors now will, where possible such as software development, tech support (what little exists), even more send these jobs offshore to avoid the gubberment assholes. But hey, the more people unemployed, the more people needing the government teat as per the commie party plan.
No doubt the members of the NRLB have found a sudden "deposit" in their bank accounts complements of the unions. Absolutely nothing happens in Washington without bribes.
reminds me of the 'compassionate' thing of raising the minimum wage to $15- and they replace people with automatic systems. I'm sure they thought that this would boost union power and screw with the fast food industry.
I actually won a ruling against a large union under Clinton's NLRB, which was pretty pro union. I don't think that would happen today.
You would most likely disappear before your case was heard.
There were threats of that last time. You can't imagine how quiet things get when you wave a .357 Colt around.
What could possibly go wrong?? No worries, King Obama and Queen Hill/Bill will make sure we're all oooooookay.
