Besides read from the Teleprompter, "Dear Leader" has done nothing to help the economy. He has spent his entire term campaigning and going to fundraisers, and blaming everyone under the sun for his failures. He's too damn lazy to even work for a union.

I'm almost positive that some "National Emergency" will arise that will be an excuse for either re-electing him or for circumventing a Constitutionally required election. After all, the Constitution has never hindered him before.

Not what I meant. But I kind of get what why you misunderstood.
I meant ignoring in the sense that people marginalize him to the point that no matter how much he whines no will take him seriously and he will have not real power. The idea is that even if he says that elections will be suspended AND and there's no way to legally kick him out of office for some reason, people will start ignoring his edicts and statements and do what they want to do and states will do things like run elections/redistrict while ignoring any lawsuits from the federal government. Hopefully.
I'd like to think that such would happen, but the most populous states are right in line with his kind of thinking. When he bypasses congress and the States with czars and unregulated bureaucracies that have absolute authority over the States, it is left to the individual to commit the "political crimes". I don't believe that we think as individuals any longer, but as collectivists. Far too many States cave when faced with losing Federal funding. I don't think we have a society with spine enough to do what may be necessary to return us to an actual representative Republic with citizen politicians that will know and respect those who they actually represent.

Lets hope barry doesn't let loose a false flag to send us into chaos, so that he can just stuff all the ballot boxes, while everyone stays home defending their property from looters, etc.
Lets also hope that he doesn't put boots on the ground in Syria. If you'll notice-the lefty-media is covering the "atrocities" in syria more than they are covering the economic turmoil in the US and EU-thus making Syria a higher priority-and swaying public policy views-or at least trying.

Since the Democrat and Republican Parties are the opposite sides of the same coin, the analogy I see is a 'Head-on Train-wreck'! The shipwreck analogy implies only one side of the coin, as where the train wreck implies both sides.

You're right, it isn't that bad, Yet. However the trains are commin' round the bends, so to speak. Also Romney isn't or hasn't been President, so to know whether he will be better or worse can't be answered, and better or worse for whom and how many? They, both Romney and Obama, work for the same people (Wall Street, the Bankers, Multinational Corporations, Israel, ...), it's only the methods that differ (opposite sides of the same coin).
To leave you with the same thought as I left on the other Obama/Romney thread: Choosing the lesser of two, or more, evils is still choosing evil.

Not at all, it is just a list of entities that influence the outcomes of elections. There are others, hence the ..., all with agendas. Good, bad or indifferent.

Here are some questions to ponder:
Should a Corporation have Person-hood status?
Should people in public office be allowed to have dual citizenship's? If so, which ones and who decides?
Should public officials be allowed to attend private club meetings and enclaves? If so, which ones and who decides?
Isn't this all spelled out in the Constitution already?
Why condone a double standard?
Tell me something. Should the US Air Force be wrapped back into the "Army Air Corps" since the Constitution makes no provision for an "air force"?

Why not? The Navy didn't separate their 'Air Corps'. And in my opinion the Navy is more versatile and does a better job because they didn't give up control of the 'Aviation' side.
Just because I'm not a fan of either Obama or Romney does not make me a fan of RP.

His lips are moving! As far as I'm concerned they are all lairs, by commission, omission and obfuscation. Primarily promoting their own agenda or the agenda of the highest bidder(s). So, what are we to do? Take Mark Twain's advice about politicians: That they are like diapers, and need to be changed often for the same reasons.
Which leads back to the statement about evil.
So who will YOU vote for? TO not vote because you don't like the choices is a cop out of your responsibility as a citizen. I an now wild about ROmney but I will NEVER vote for Obama. I figured him out while he was still trying to get the lock on candidacy . I said then he was a fishy character, and that I felt he was backed by someone else, and I wanted to know that THAT person(s) agenda was. so do I think the major parties are 2 sides of the same coin, yeah, mostly. But I'm going tovote as to which side I support slightly more that the other, as a reminder if nothing else, that the other guy did not get a mandate.
Ok, let me see if I can explain it quickly. Yes I'll vote. To not vote is to abstain, not an option. Then I couldn't 'Bitch' about the results/outcome (lol). Not for O'Butthead, never would, saw through his bullshit immediately! Not for Romney either, too wishy-washy. Don't think he has a backbone, besides like O'commie he's bought and paid for. RP, may be a nice old man, but I don't think he can get much done, would not have enough support in Congress or the Judiciary to accomplish his platform.
So, who's left? Gary Johnson is now a Libertarian and has announced his Presidential candidacy. Apparently he's on the ballots for all 50 states. Maybe? Chuck Baldwin, I've voted for him before, may do it again. The mildly irritating 'thorn in the side' vote (lol). Like the Scotsman I live in a liberal western state, not Kali, where the large cities and the west side of the state control the vote. So, my vote will be mute, no matter who I vote for.
Now, for the real issue as I see it. Until a candidate is willing to openly and candidly speak about the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), both the debt side and the investment side, disclosing the surpluses, the over taxation and the outright theft from 'We the People' over the last 60 years I refuse to vote for them! My main goal with the above posts was to be the devils advocate with the statement about choosing evil. Heavy on the irony, lets say, dripping with it! No takers on that part. He has held a job other than communist organizing! That's something that cannot be said about burok pipe. He had executive experience in more than one time in his life, including the governorship of a state. None of this guarantees he will be 'better', but we already know burok pipe will completely F things up more by intent! We also have no indication as to his smoking crack while being fellated by his boyfriends, like burok pipe does.
Yes, he, Romney, has had a real job, handed to him through family connections. Doing what? Buying up smaller corporations, incorporating them into a larger, financially motivated, centrally controlled oligarchy.
Yes, he was the governor of a state. What was his record? To me, not that impressive. Also, with the Healthcare issue - not that much different than Obuttheads, lets say, 'Obamacare Light'.
The 'different methods' approach. Communism or Corporatism (Fascism) take your pick. The end is the same.
Also, just to let you know, I have never liked Ocommie, but then again I haven't been impressed with any President since, let say, Andrew Jackson.

Get the economy moving and 3/4 of everything will take care of itself. Then they can go back to fighting about the 25% that's left.
