Not a religious act? WTF? and Race related? So this Mohammed wanna be tries to convert people to his cult, they don't buy it, and he decides to cut of the head of a person like his religion tells him to....Seriously someone at DOJ has to put down the crack-pipe....and if it is Race-related, does that mean a hate crime? It's only terror if a Christian hurts someone. Abortion clinic bombings are terrorism. Church bombings aren't. Shooting an intruder in your home is a terroristic act, beheading one person and attempting to behead a second is just a misguided youth with emotional issues.
