Obama likes to blame a do nothing Congress as the reason for executive action when Congress and SCOTUS are actually in full damage control. The country is better off when Obama is not allowed to do anything but play golf and fly around preaching to his blind followers.

Where was the GOP when this was being passed so that we "could find out what's in it"? The job isn't just to vote against it- political expedience... but to find out what's in it so that court challenges can be launched well ahead of election season BEFORE it got as entrenched as it is. Full repeal is going to cause a mess now- by design.
This case won't end here, it will have to go to the Supreme Court, because if Barky loses, he won't take it sitting down, he will push it to the Supreme, if he wins, Halbig will have to bring it to the Supreme, because if Halbig loses, it will be only because of a political decision.
