Outrage over newspaper opinion piece that calls Obama the ‘N—-r in the White House’… and amazingly the story is in SUPPORT of the President. With Obama’s poll numbers in the tank we find this convenient timing for an article trying to make everyone feel race guilt. With liberals it has to always be about race. In their case it appears intelligence, or the lack of it, has nothing to do with Obama.

Democrats never get tired of using racial epithets to describe how conservatives use racial epithets. Unfortunately, they can never find an actual example of conservatives using racial epithets to quote so they have to make up examples of their own, which means that Democrats are still, after over a century and a half of consistent racism, STILL the only racists in America.
As I've reminded you numerous times, JP, today's racists don't go around admitting to being racists. That's unfashionable. But they can still be identified in many cases, just by observing what they say, and what they choose to believe (whether or not there's any evidence to support the belief).
The unfortunate tendency of many of you to fling bogus accusations with racist undertones at the president gives you away every time. So does your argument "But I'm not racist, because I like Herman Cain and Thomas Sowell!"
As I've said here before, the only thing more contemptible than a racist is a racist who's too yellow bellied to take responsibility for his own bigotry.

If Obama was a religious man, you could say that he was certainly on par with that Russian holy fool Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin with his ability to charm and deceive America. But then that would make America into Rasputins own counterpart, the fanatically religious and insanely superstitious Tsarina Alexandra - and we know this is false, since we know that America barely has a moral bone in it's corporate body. American religion is money and comfort; the accumulation of "stuff". Poopajoe, if you'd bothered to read your own article, you would have seen that the legislation was already in existence, and had been for several years. The problem was that it was too often ignored, with impunity.
Obama's executive order was a commitment to seeing that this existing legislation would be enforced in the future.
Still waiting for your example of a "civil rights decision" that Obama made on his own, without any actions on the part of Congress, that benefit the gay community. Wake me up when you find one.

The President has no legal authority to decide what is or is not constitutional. Nor does he have the authority to decide which laws he will or will not enforce.
In retrospect, Obama was absolutely right, and the DOMA struck down (and by our stacked right leaning Supreme Court, yet!)
If you read your own article, you will see that Obama did not "refuse to enforce" Section 3. But he instructed the DOJ not to defend it in court. Apples and oranges, Kick.
Apples and oranges. Pulleeze! Obama was not right nor did he act legally your world view and opinion notwithstanding. It is a constitutional violation to not faithfully execute the laws set by Congress and signed by any president.
By the way, only part of DOMA was struck down. As I recall it was a pretty narrow ruling. Since the Constitution is silent on the question of marriage, citing the 14th Amendment equal protection clause might be a stretch because, after all, the Amendment amends the Constitution. Marriage, gay or otherwise, is a 10th Amendment issue. Or it should be but that's not how things work.
