This is what you call a full-blown constitutional crisis. She is in contempt of Congress, but who can do anything about it? Normally you would expect the Justice Department to handle prosecution but this Attorney General has turned the Justice Department into a partisan hit squad. He simply won't do anything about this. I believe Congress has the ability to prosecute her itself - they have the constitutional authority to act as the prosecutor in federal court... I think. Any lawyers know for sure?
