While I understand the fear of liability and lawsuits, this is really taking it too far. Maybe they should ban frivolous lawsuits instead.
Next you will need to bring you "papers" with you to prove you live there...Hmm does this remind anyone of a certain European county about 60 years ago? Perhaps next they will only allow Blond, Blue eyed children to use the slope.

Sledding with an helmet is the death of childhood. Picture Calvin from Calvin & Hobbes with an helmet... I understand safety concerns but this is just plainly ridiculous.

The busy-bodies who are making the rules in Beaver Boriugh, PA should be wearing helmets. People like that need to be margionalized, & not in a nice manner. It's getting to the point that civility needs to be flushed down the crapper. No violence, but set aside civility. I'm done with it, & others need to step up & bitch about these sorts of things, big time.
