Way back in October(in the Dawn of Time) BO made a reference in his "apology" speech for the ACA that was curious; he said "...when the ACA happened...". Nobody, including me, paid much attention to that word, but it's the key. Obamacare wasn't a bill passed by Congress, it was just something that spontaneously "happened", and no one can be blamed for something that just "happens".
If the Earth opened up in the Bay area tomorrow and swallowed Nancy Pelosi it would be cause for rejoicing.
