The true unemployment is closer to 17%. But when you play with the numbers, you can make them say anything you want them to say.
Figures don't lie, but liars can figure! Why is Pelosi EVER allowed to speak? She is no longer Speaker of the House, and historically everything she says it shit, so who allows her to speak at all?
