You don't say. Shocking, just shocking. The deserter needs to face a military tribunal. Then he's next assignment is a 10x10 enclosure at Ft Levinworth. Where the walls should be decorated with the images of those who were killed and wounded looking for his ass.
This won't happen as the pentagon has become too damn pc, Hagel or quagmire will grant a full pardon and there will be a Rose Garden celebration.

Look at Fast and Furious, he and Holder should both be in prison this very minute. These bastards sold weapons to known criminals so they could kill U.S. citizens and other people. All the talk of impeachment -- what I'm thinking is just bag it. At BEST we end up with "President Biden." What I think we SHOULD do: start making a nice long list of all these violations, and put it about that he will be facing charges for all of them AFTER he leaves office, as regular criminal charges, those which can be, not just those which are peculiar to the office of president. Give him something to look forward to, drive him even further into the deep end.

But following the law in this case would have prevented the President from diverting attention from Obamacare(or whatever he was trying to divert attention from at the time) and thus the laws were clearly unconstitutional, and racist to boot.
