Seeing that the VA is a federal building and falls supposedly under federal laws. It is time for a visit from the FBI and US Marshal Service. That way the ass hats at the VA in Phoenix get to do the perp walk for impeding an investigation, lying to a federal law enforcement officer and for being an arrogant, ignorant ass holes.
No investigators until they can sanitize the waiting list I take it? Or are they worried about their bonuses going away for the lousy service they've provided?
The Choice Card program set up for those of us who live far from a VA facility is no better. I have been trying for three months to see a back doctor to see if something can be done about bone spurs that grow on my spine, the result of an old injury, and finding a doctor who is in their system has been impossible.
The Choice Card works real well if I want to go to my local clinic to get my hemorrhoids checked, after that who knows.
That is terrible! I hope you get the help you need. Even on a private level healthcare system is bizarre... but I suspect it is because of local, state and federal laws and regulations.

The VA is totally bizarre, but then it is run by the gooberment. What they should do is let the vets go to private care and send all the moochers to the VA. Idiotic that it is the other way around. "Screw you vets." "Oh, worthless moocher, nothing but the best care courtesy of the taxpaying lemmings for you. Remember to vote early and often."

The Hospital appears run by a little wanna be Obama.. Not concerned about the truth but how he looks..Someone needs to do surgery and remove this little tumor from the hospital..
