Fox News’ Jesse Watters waylaid Planned Parenthood Vice President Stuart Schear and asked him about the shocking undercover videotapes that implicate the organization in all sorts of unethical – maybe even criminal – behavior. The results were hilarious.
Watters: Do you condone the behavior on the tape of one of your employees in the Bronx, excusing and covering up underage sex trafficking? You’re ok with that?
Schear: We firmly believe that the edited..that the tape from the Bronx is doctored.
Watters: But you haven’t seen the tape, have you?
Schear: I can…I will take..I would like to…
Watters: Have you seen the tape?
Schear: I actually have not seen the full tape yet.

SO...were the tapes doctored or not?
My understand of what O'Reilly said is that the FULL videos ARE available it is just that they are very long and it takes time to go through them so in order to get the gist they had to edit the tapes out, but not to mean that the whole thing is not available. If the entire video is available then no they haven't been doctored, just edited for time.
Maybe, but I doubt it.

...yet, feel no need to discredit videos of fetuses that appear to be all too human exhibiting pain, getting chopped up and vacuumed away. I guess those videos are so outrageous they aren't even going to dignify them with a reply.

This is just an effort to discredit the film. I believe , to them , watching the crime would give the film credibility. Therefore they have not seen it. I really find it hard to believe , he has not viewed it.
